Chassis RWD Project and NO Scrub Rebuilds

Post a Comment

My Drift Master is a mix of components these days, but I still wanted it to keep as much of the "Ultimate Yokomo Drift Package" as possible.  Weight Shift Roll Chassis... The Drift Master!

I know there are a lot of other components out there that offer (honestly too much) adjust-ability.  So when you are offered a simple stylish option. I rate that pretty highly too.

I selected those non Yokomo items for my waft grasp even though. I wanted a few flexibility within the mounting solution.

As you can see here, I am now not running shock towers so the "PRO" 2wd conversion changed into now not required.

I need a small carbon aid (that I will steal from some other chasssis) to complete my the front stop and hold the top arms in region.

Then I just need to set the droop well and I'm carried out.

Final front end configuration.

Top help stolen from my custom DRB.

Rear is LOOOOOONG Stroke.

Custom alloy centre battery holder. Quickly to be made in carbon.

Rear ESC and Servo layout.

This subsequent choice for my DRB will cast off some older components and additionally convey my CS car up to fashionable specs with practical low scrub additionally.

Some de-anodizing to do right here.
